I recently obtained a brand new Canon Digital Rebel XTi through methods which will not be discussed here. Since the camera has been in my possession I have experienced an interest in photography that is increasing exponentially on a daily basis. I am now taking the camera almost everywhere I go and have found great shots in some of the most unexpected places. Each day I look forward to, not only for the sheer thrill of the unknown, but the odds I'll fire off a few hundred frames and come across one amazing shot of the astonishing or sudden. Needless to say, photography has now been added to the list of reasons I wake up in the morning, right below music and uncertainty.

Unfortunately this new hobby has also given me another outlet for spending, as if that was needed. However my acceptance of uncertainty has allowed me to justify pursuing the things I love, as I'll never know when my last chance of doing so will come.

In short, I guess I'm trying to say that I think I've found another piece of the puzzle that is my persona, a puzzle which I believe is never complete.
